This service offers you the ability to pay your fee using Visa or MasterCard through PayPal's secure web-based system. You do not need a PayPal account to take advantage of this service. Just follow these few simple steps:

1. Simply click on the PayPal Payment button below and choose to make your payment
2. Enter the amount you are paying in the Item Price field
3. Ensure a quantity of 1
4. Click on the Update link
5. Pay with your PayPal account or,
6. Choose "Don't have a PayPal account" to pay with your credit card
